The hotel itself was excellent. The only reason my overall rating was less than the individual ratings was that the night I was there, there was a school group staying there and a group of about 6 kids were placed in the room next to mine, unsupervised by any adults. From the time they came in, about 10pm, until I finally went to their door and asked them to knock it off, about 1am, it was pretty much non-stop yelling, screaming, laughing and running up and down the hallway. After I spoke to them they were silent, but combined with the time change that night I was left with only 4 hours' sleep before having to leave and continue my drive the next morning. Except for that my stay was great - very nice facilities, very convenient location, and very friendly staff, so will chalk it up to very unfortunate timing on my part

Great chain. This location was in a small urban high rise which was different from other Hotel Indigo locations I’ve stayed in. Check in clerks & valets were great. Room needed a little more TLC though: no pen/paper to make quick notes from a phone call, & no water bottles, cups, or frig.—all fairly minor, but annoying.

Everything was good, but maybe not exceptional. There were only 2 glass mugs in the room, no to-go coffee cups or plastic cups for water, especially during Covid times, which we thought was weird. The coffee maker was not clean. The bathroom was mostly clean. The front desk was amazing and so helpful with all of our needs. Carlton was kind and eager to help!

A new hotel with lots of kinks. Phone system wouldn't connect me to the front desk, ice machine ddnt work, mask wearing not enforced, hard to get coffee or water from the bar. Touchless service was not intuitive and menus were hard to come by.

The hotel is gorgeous and very clean, the staff was friendly. Not one complaint here

Remote didn't work, but quickly replaced (thank you). Blackout window drapes were inoperable so we had to tuck them behind chair to get any natural light in the room. No soap in the bathroom. We had shampoo, lotion, conditioner, mouth wash. It was fine overall: clean, good location, but the details weren't there.

Love this place! Service outstanding and our dogs like it too.

Great place to stay downtown Winston Salem. Our second time and will be back!
