Nice hot spring and sauna which makes this chain the best hotel chain in Japan but the breakfast, the nightly noodles, are also appealing for sure! Very convenient location with close vicinity to Kitahama station (Osaka Metro) and Yodoyabashi station (Midosuji-Line). Also walking distance (1mile) to Osaka Castle. Will stay here again for sure!

Conveniently located near Kitahama station, the hotel was a pleasure to stay in. Room size was adequate for 2 adults, the bath area on the top floor was excellent. Will stay here again if we come back to Osaka.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was delicious and so were the free night time ramen and ice pops. We used the public bath every day. Our room was spacious. There were a couple nail clippings from a prior guest on the floor in the corner, but otherwise very clean. I liked the firm mattress but the pillows were very thin, I realize we should have asked for extra ones but just kept forgetting to.

We loved this place. This other was totally designed for travelers. Each amenity was carefully thought and created for the guest comfort. Yakult in the morning, ramen at night, onsen either in the morning or at night after long walks. Laundry room next to the onsen so that you can use it while relaxing. And if it was not enough, they have massage chairs. We really enjoyed our stay there and there was no other hotel in all our trip with the same service and amenities as this one! Totally recommended!!

⚫︎堺筋線は大阪・梅田からのアクセスが微妙ですが、北浜駅からも近かったのでロケーションはまずまず。 ⚫︎部屋用のスリッパはありましたが、館内移動用の使い捨てではないスリッパがあればより清潔になると思いました。 ⚫︎朝食にステーキやビーフシチューがあり、素晴らしかったですが、オペレーション上ステーキで詰まってしまうので、ステーキは中でも良いかなと。その代わりにライブ調理を伴わない大阪の郷土料理が一つあると良いと思いました。
