The location is very convenient. And staff are very helpful and kind.

Main complaint is very dirty carpet/ cushions in rooms. Also foreign cleaning staff regularly very loud in corridor (shouting to each other down the corridor) and lacked the general manners I have come to expect in japanese hotels. Otherwise the Japanese reception staff were impeccable, efficient and polite.

It was just a general hotel. Cleaning not very good but the breakfast selection was alright. The hot spring was a bonus and the location was very easy to go anywhere, and it was only one minute walk to the station from the hotel. The Western room was quite small for three people.

The hotel is steps away from a JR station where an airport limousine bus from Haneda also stops. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and some of the restaurants offer discounts. We had a twin room, which was larger than we expected. The use of "super sento" (public bath) requires additional fee but a hotel guest can get a ticket at a big discount from the front desk. Buffet breakfast is pretty good if you like Japanese style. We wished at least one English-speaking TV channel were available.

Easy access to transportation, close to shopping malls. The hotel has access to an "Onsen" facility at a reasonable price. The hotel rooms are simple, has fridge, and nearby to restaurants. You should not have any trouble staying here. Love this place.

Very clean and very convenient because 1st floor was the food department store and to the station was 1 min walk. I liked the ladies floor

Great hotel very convenient to go to haneda airport

I stayed here for a little over a week. Rooms are extremely clean and spacious. Location is also extremely convenient -- It's literally across the street from the Oimachi Train station. Several grocery stores are also in the area (incl. at the ground floor), and a Labi within 5 minute walk if you need any electronics/plug adapters. There is enough variety at the breakfast buffet to keep things interesting for several days. Amenities like toothpaste/toothbrush/razors/shaving cream are provided every day! Overall it's a great location!

Pros :Clean, convenient, good location Cons : need checkout at 10am, wifi slow
