Very quiet and comfortable. It’s good location to access everywhere using trains.

Decent breakfast and clean rooms.

Small but well priced for the updated rooms, comfort, quality and location.

My wife and I now only stay at the Miyako City property while on vacation in Tokyo. We have stayed at other properties in the past and there is just no rerason to to stay anywhere else. The staff and property are 1st class and we enjoy being treated so wonderfully each visit!

Nice hotel but far from the station

Good location in easy walking distance from Shinagawa station, even closer to the newTakanawa Gateway station due to open later for the Olympics. Helpful staff at reception and the bar restaurant. Restaurant food was oddly limited to just sandwiches, but they were great. Room was compact but comfortable and well laid out. The air conditioning was the quietest and most efficient I've found in a hotel. The in-room internet tablet was useful for local, transport and weather info.

Spacious room and bathroom (by Tokyo standards). The king bed was very comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good location for starting a trip in Japan, short walk to Shinkansen (Shinagawa) station. Will definitely return next time in Tokyo.

Perfect in all aspects. Recommended.

While the room is small it’s Tokyo. If you are out and about all day and just using for sleeping and showering it adequate. If you expect to be in the room for extended periods and not used to small rooms do not recommend. Crafty use of space though. Could use some more English channels on TV other than BBC and CNN. Extend breakfast time for last order atleast till 10.00 am. Staff was excellent and helpful.

Nice, new hotel. Helpful staff - they helped us contact our previous hotel and we were able to get back a lost item. The bar offered free snacks and drinks and a great place to hangout with friends. The room was small by American standards but had more room around the bed than many Japanese hotels. The bathroom was a little small but felt luxurious.
