I arrived after a 450km drive to a'' Hotel'' which was SHUT on a Monday. I was not the only paying guest. The owner had to be phoned to come and let us in. He gave us keys and a piece of paper with w i-fi address on it, took our money in advance and then left. The restaurant was closed; the bar was closed; there were no facilities in the room to make a drink; no breakfast before 9.00am and not a single member of staff in the building during the evening or overnight. The lobby was the only place wi-fi worked, and it was filthy, with flies; fly mess; spiderwebs dust and broken chairs. This Hotel is a MUST to avoid. They should be ashamed of their attitude towards paying customers. It should be removed from Hotels.com website.
