Worst "Hotel" I've booked in years. I was in a rush as I had to go to a wedding. Called them 30min before arrival to say at what time I arrive and speed up the check in. They told me I should call again when I arrive and that they stay "very near". Waited 50min until someone showed up. Office hung up the phone after I complained and asked why I had to wait so long. Fun fact, lady who came didn't enter through the main and only entrance to the buildings which means she stayed within the building the whole time. After arriving in the room I thought I knew the reason for the long waiting time. The shower was still wet from the previous guest and the ventilation on. I guess they had to remove the previous guest first before I entered. this happened 7pm by the way. back to the bathroom, it smelled like a sewer, also the reason why the ventilation was permanently on. No effort to repair the obvious problems they had, lets just never close the ventilation again... Still smelled bad and It was a pain trying to sleep with that smell. Also no free water in the fridge like advertised. On top of that: I have booked and reserved the room with my credit card but agreed to pay in THB cash on arrival. Which I also did. Now I just noticed that they actually also charged my card and now got 200% payment for 0% customer satisfaction. I don't recommend this "Hotel" at all, absolute rip and zero customer service. I hope the owner of the building finally prohibit them to rent out apartments.
