Great convenient location to the city center of Hamburg, S-Bahn station really close by. The handling of the COVID issues was thoughtful. Would return anytime!

Close to Stadthausbrücke s-bahn on S1 line with direct connection to airport. Quick and easy check in even though the hotel was very busy. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Pretty basic but pretty cool too. Booked because of location so was disappointed to get a view of the road at the back rather than the water. Staff were nice. Room very basic - but no complaints.

Really great location, just 10 minutes from the Rathaus. My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights in December to visit the Christmas markets and had a really lovely stay here. The hotel is modern and sleek, really tasteful and luxurious decoration in the bar/lobby/reception. The rooms however let the hotel down, our ceiling (room 2021) had multiple holes and was dirty which was a shame. We also didn't have a Marshall speaker in our room as advertised every room was supposed to so that was also disappointing. However, it's good value for money. Really comfy and huge bed. It's also very quiet, we didn't hear anything from outside, although we think our room was next to a staff area as we were constantly hearing doors slam from inside our room. Having said all this, we had a few really great nights sleep. As other people have mentioned, if you're staying as a couple make sure you're comfortable together! The frosted glass doors provide a bit of privacy but you can still see if your other half is sat on the toilet or stood washing...there's also no sound proofing 😂 We had a few drinks at the hotel bar and really enjoyed it. Staff were attentive and really friendly, all speak great English. Choice of drinks was great too. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a great nights sleep in a well thought out hotel. Just a few niggles but we would 100% stay again.

The hotel is well equipped with almost everything. The rooms are not too small or overly large. The rooms are well cleaned and aired out. There is a Galley on every floor that is equipped with tea bags, a kettle , an ironing board station and a fully functioning kiosk. But only issue is the Kiosk needs coins and doesn't have the credit card input.
