Though I was with my wife to spend few days there for rest, I also needed to take care my work. My supplier brought me shoe samples for discussion at lobby table but the staffs, including the general manager were not welcome, told us that this was not proper in this area. I was really upset, and I spent such a high cost staying there and the staffs just thought we were only for leisure fun? I had been staying so many hotels around the world, had never ever being treat me like that?! I am a businessman, and I will not stay in this hotel anymore, because the service was really bad!!

Hardware is good.Service is bad. We drove all the way from Shenzhen to the hotel and when we pulled the car to the front of the hotel, a staff came out. His first comment was: you cannot park the car here! No greeting or welcome as we would have expected. How were we supposed to unload luggage?!! Another occasion: we were taking photos of the hotel lobby as we were quite impressed by the design and decoration. A customer service manager stopped us and told us that we could not take photos of the hotel, without even asking if we were hotel guests. Might be we should not use ordinary cameras but cell phones that all the people were using to take photos in the hotel? This is ridiculous. We have never been to a hotel that stops the guest from taking photos of the hotel lobby! What we have experienced from this hotel is not hospitality as one would expect, but HOSTILITY! We will not come back to this hotel again.
