Ok for one night stay

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the Bahnhof. The walk to the City Center is also ok. The room is small, but good. The front desk staff people could be more friendly.

Modern design but very bare minimal amenity. Walking distance to train station and city center. I stayed during the Hannova fair so the price is incomparable to the value.

Good choice for Göttingen

Really convenient, modern hotel with high quality restaurant. Nice gym Great breakfast Next to main rail and bus station short walk to town centre Rooms are nice but lack a kettle and tea/ coffee (important for U.K. and Ireland visitors) Can recommend and will use again.

Modern Stay in Gottingen

It seems to be a new hotel; it would be nice to have coffee and/or breakfast included in the price, but the overall quality is excellent.

Great staff throughout the whole hotel, polite, friendly, professional and helpful. Room not ready, to check in after 3pm. Stunningly beautiful design, everywhere, lots of memorable ‘wow’ moments of discovery; most appropriate and entertaining way to reference the famous freigeists of Göttingen. Some annoying practical glitches, like the bottom of the hangin bathroom door gathering (and later uncovering previous guests’) dust and dirt; and it is great to have a magnifying vanity/shaving mirror, but it’s rendered useless by its poor positioning (no light). Usb/ wireless speaker is a great and most welcome addition, but I, personally, would trade it for tea/coffee making facility in the room, especially in the winter. The restaurant is amazing, will forever be talking about the food and the presentation, great service too. Coffee/ cappuccino from the bar is served lukewarm. No coffee / hot drink / takeaway breakfast available for guests leaving early. Oh yes, be careful with the toiletries, if you overdo it you may end up smelling like a Thai takeaway or a roast lamb. Loved the levitating objects at reception; but only realised that they were for sale, when checking out. They would have made great X-mas presents, but they are priced to instantly kill sudden urges for inspirational shopping.

I think this hotel is good only for one night stays. Very disappointing for longer stays. No wardrobe, no drawers, no telephone, Housekeeping is strange; one housekeeper for refilling the shampoos, another one does the beds. Someone comes at 3 o’clock to check if “alles gute”. While a separate housekeeping comes to check the bar. Floors are not mopped well with lots of dust bunnies under the bed. Location next to banhof approx. ten minutes walk to city center. Closed garage 18 Eur per night.

Hotel is next to Banhoff and 10 min. walk to city center in the corner of a busy crisscross. Rooms lack wardrobe, drawers of any kind, telephone, any informative usual hotel magazines or city guide. Over expensive carpark and over expensive breakfast. Housekeeping is funny; they have separate housekeepers at different hours of the day to do the beds, to refill the shampoo bottles and to mop the floor.
