Bad. Never have I ever thought that Expedia would have such a place in its site.

Booking was cancelled without any notification
When I arrived in London there was no sign of the apartment, so I couldn't find it. When I called the phone number, they told me that apparently my booking was cancelled. Sadly I didn't receive any notification about it, so I had to book another place to stay the evening I arrived (which ofcourse is hard and expensive in London)

Terrible experience
On the day of our stay, I got a call from the owner. She asked me approx what time I will reach the property. I told her that we will reach around 9pm. And she was ok with that. In the evening I called her back and asked if it is ok if we are bit late. She said that she will come back to us in few minutes. Around 8.30pm I got a SMS from her that because we did not turn up before 8pm, our booking has been cancelled. We tried to reach her but her phone was switched off. We had to rush to coach station in heavy rain with my 2year old daughter as that was the only option for us. I will not recommend this apartment to anyone mainly because of their terrible customer service.

Unfit to live in and nothing like pictures or as described. Tv didn’t work. Man spent half an hour upon arrival trying to make hot water come on (to no avail). Cupboards filthy. No curtains in any room just very transparent drapes. Not suitable for children. Check in host rude and unpleasant.
