This was an amazing experience for my family and I. We had such an amazing time. Service was unbelievable. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is located a bit far from the old town (about 20 minutes walk), in a dark (though safe) street without many dining option around. The hotel feels modern and the service was excellent, but our room was tiny and arranged in an uncomfortable way, so we had to move things around to find room for our suitcases. The onsen (bath) was excellent, with some family rooms that allow couples or family members to bath together in privacy. For the price we paid (much cheaper than more central hotels) - this was overall a good choice.
