Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Rize

This is a big investment and everything is fine but pillows are awful.

The big room and big hotel and the sea view and the young age of the hotel about a year and half are all positive points. A very Bad buffet breakfast and a very bad service in the restaurants and no english language. The light is turned off in the restaurant every morning at 10 am to signal that the breakfast is « finish » Unprofessional staff in the breakfast and the Italian restaurant

Cleanliness and hotel location. Rooms are spectacular with good amenities.

I stayed 3 nights, refused to give me even one hour after 12 pm. Staff are not trained well and rude. Breakfast is not to the expected level.

The location of the hotel was not suitable for local excursions or tours by walking. The hotel was not able to offer a currency exchange service for steriling into Turkish lira.These were the only two negative aspects to my stay.

Everything was great. I'll choose Ramada again if I come back to Rize.

Location is nice Staff not helpful and no one take our laggage in check in Or out

Ramada Plaza is a new and luxury hotel, friendly staff. everything in the hotel was nice, except the high tempreture in guest room because of the heating system, while the weather out side was still warm, we ask hotel staff to solve this problem, but they apologise and said that they can not do any thing, so we couldn't sleep well.

Very good hotel good position comfortable But the Aircondition of the room isn’t running well
