Seashells Holiday House is situated in the centre of Kalbarri, a short stroll from the waters edge of the Murchison River, restaurants, shops, pubs, marina, golf course and to see the local pelicans feed.

Seashells cater for up to 8 guests, perfect for two families to share, with a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 storey house, fully appointed kitchen, laundry, living and outdoor entertaining areas. Wonderful secure yard for children and an absolutely fabulous fully fenced large pool area. Bed configuration is 2 Queen Beds, 2 Single Beds and 1 single bunk bed. All linen is supplied.

Booking Terms and Conditions
This house is subject the to Holiday Rental Code of Conduct.
Full Terms and Conditions are in writing on time of booking.
A $50.00 cancellation fee applies to all bookings cancelled within 28 days of arrival date. All days that cannot be re-booked will be forfeited.
1.The person making the booking is referred to hereafter as the client. The client must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the booking. The client must be authorized on behalf of all other guests of the party to the booking.
2.The client must not allow more people than stated in the original booking to occupy the property without written consent of the Owner. If this were to occur without consent an additional payment will be required to compensate the Owner for the loss of revenue and all associated costs incurred resulting from the occupation of the property or termination of contract.
3.The client or any member of the party shall not be allowed to take any animal into the property.
4.The client & all members of the party agree to both keep the property clean & tidy & to leave the property in a similar condition as it was found upon arrival.
5.The client is responsible to this Owner for the actual costs of any breakages or damage in or to the property - along with any additional costs that may result - which are caused by the client and/or any member of the party or visitors.
6.The Owner is entitled at his/her sole & absolute discretion to refuse to hand over to the client or to repossess the property where damage is or is likely to be caused by the client or any members of the party or visitors. Under these circumstances such an event will be treated as a cancellation of the booking by the client.
7.When the client receives confirmation the details must be checked carefully. If anything is not correct the client should advise the owner immediately. Once the owner has received payment of the deposit and issues a written confirmation to the client this signifies that the Owner has entered into a contract with the client, which is subject to these conditions and full Terms and Conditions as stated in the first emailed issued to client.
