Great place supper nice staff good food. only issue is the controlls in the room there is no instructions and the fact that you need one to operate the lights is not good

They made us feel so welcome from our arrival. Really helpful and a great hotel. Room was beautifully appointed and comfortable.

Hotel is very stylish and modern. As a regular visitor to Hamburg I have stayed in many hotels around the city and this has been by far the most convenient location and a great base for a weekend. It is within walking distance to the Speicherstadt, Rathausmarkt for Christmas markets, Jungfernstieg, St Pauli etc. The location was the most attractive perk of this hotel. The room itself was sleek and spacious. We liked the attention to detail and tortoises. The bath tub was huge and underfloor heating in bathroom was great. Being in room 111, seemingly the smallest on the floor we could hear the loud music from the bar (?) on Saturday night but having done so much walking I was tired enough to sleep through it. It’s not the first time I have booked via hotels.com and seemingly got the smallest room on the floor. It was perfectly adequate but to be honest I was disappointed with the hotels.com booking experience - nothing to do with the hotel. It may well have been the only room at a certain price but I don’t remember having a choice using the app. Hotel staff were helpful when I left a pair of boots in the room and otherwise we were out much of the day so didn’t see lots of people within the hotel. Bed very comfy, road noise negligible which was good as it’s quite a big road we were overlooking. Toiletries smelled amazing in the bathroom. If I’m being really picky I could have used more tea bags and made use of fresh milk but that’s a tiny point that didn’t disrupt our stay!

The hotel gives a unique, warm feeling and is centrally located within the city. The room offered everyting I was looking for and was very calm. I can't say anything about the breakfast, as it was with 35 EUR far beyond our company set limit. But a bakery just on the other side of the street is a good alternative.

Very poor WiFi considering the cost of hotel. Pleasant staff in Asian restaurant but food wasn’t to the standard expected

This Hotel is fabulous. Spotless and very comfortable. 5 minute walk to metro station.
