Fabulous hotel and staff!

Amazing breakfasts by Oliver! Customer service was top notch by all employees. The rooms very comfortable. Exquisite property. Great location and service to/ from airport. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this unbelievable island!

Hare Nua - traquility on Easter Island (Rapa Nui)

The Hare Nua is a family run, very lovely boutique hotel. It is centrally located, right on the main street of the city. The owners were visible and warm, as were the staff. The owner made a point of welcoming us when we arrived, and also being there to say "good bye" on our departure. At the front desk Nicholas and Veronica were very attentive. Nicholas booked us a wonderful private all-day tour of the island, took care of us, gave us towels for ocean swimming and a lot of good advice. Veronica was at the airport to greet us, show us around town, recommended restaurants (La Caleta was great!), and she was there to take us back to the airport when we left. We were at the hotel for 4 days/3 nights and it was fabulous. Every breakfast (included in our rate) was amazing and the breakfast guy (sorry, I've forgotten his name) was attentive. He is a pastry chef, and the breakfasts were delightful and filling. The entire property felt very tranquil, and reflects the owner's hospitality. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and the room was quiet, very comfortable beds. The entire hotel (and Easter Island) are making major efforts to be sustainable, and we really appreciated the lack of plastic (filtered water was provided in the lobby), and care for the environment. There is a pool and hot tub, but both were too cool for our tastes (in May). The grounds are surrounded by lush tropical plants. The only problem was slow wifi, but who wants wifi when you are in paradise?

Good choice for Easter Island

Friendly hotel with pool and comfortable outdoor areas. Good breakfast. Great location.

Hare Nua is a boutuque hotel on the main street in town. The owner met at the airport, did a little tour of the town, gave useful tips, gave welcome drinks (was free since booked on expedia) , very attentive and friendly. The property has a garden with tropical trees, passion fruits, a pool and a jacuzzi, very personal breakfast, helped booking excellent restaurants and gave suggestions on driving when some streets were closed due to the festival and what to see on the island, around the sunrise and the sunset. I would stay there again. A very pleasant relaxing experience. The car can be parked on the street nearby.

Great eco friendly hotel in downtown area

I stayed two nights before I fly back home. The breakfast was really good, and they make sure I enjoyed every service I received.

Great Place!

This place was awesome! The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location close to town was also excellent. My only complaint was a limited supply of hot water but the this is one of the most remote locations on earth!

Tolles Hotel mit super Frühstück

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Hare Nua war toll. Die Zimmer sind teuer, aber das Gesamtpaket auf jedenfall jeden Rappen wert. Die lage ist super zentral. Wir wurden von Nicolas begrüsst mit Saft und Kuchen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Highlight war aber das Frühstück, das jeden Morgen liebevoll zubereitet wurde. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
