It was a horrible, I cancelled my reservation immediately , but they didn’t return my money

It was good. Breakfast was excellent. It was clean inside but outside the hotel was a little dirty. I enjoyed my stay there. It is near to the city centre

The room and the bathroom were disgusting hair and stucked gum on the floor really dirty carpet disgusting toilet looked like it hasnt been cleaned for at least a week i think they just change the bed sheets when the customer leaves. The breakfast was a joke. And when i rated the room at hotels.com when i was checking out they swore at me and started shouting and didnt stop insulting me because of my review and i needed a receipt but they didnt want to give it me and they told me go complain no receipt and told every customer in the lobby that i am a crazy and a liar so that i would go but i didnt leave until i took the recipet and cursed at me again when i was leaing Really worse hotel ever very bad experience and i dont recommend.

Fast checkin. Clean, quiet room. Clean bathroom. Comfortable sleep. Central location.

The alevator is extremely old.. So is the entire building.. Low light in the hall.. Key card didn't work properly

Hotel was abit grotty and old. Covers were old and stained . Was room was cleaned , however , everything in it was old and stained . Food was served in a basement and left open , which meant flies and other insects were eating from it too. Very loud outside . Clubs were nearby and outside so the noises would not stop still after 5pm.
