The check-in was dreadful. I was sick that day, and they put me at the last level of the building, where there's no rooftop. It was raining that night and coming in and out of the room meant getting wet every time. Thus, I asked the receptionist to relocate me to another room, but she said I had to wait till the next day and talk to the person at the reception. The day after, I went to the reception and the receptionist told me to wait in the lounge room for around 3 hours until they sorted everything out, which was not very empathetic considering my condition and the fact that I booked a room for 5 nights. Finally, around midday, the manager showed up and solved the issue (I give her, Lenna, 5 stars). After that, things went normally.
