Overall, my stayed was okay, but as far as interacting with employees, they seem a little tense, a little serious with no enthusiasm when interacting with guests, they seem bother when you ask them certain questions like, for example, I went to the restaurant in the hotel and asked for a typical dish from El Salvador. And they told me that they couldn't cook that dish at the moment, which I was kinda like, uh? I didn't understand because that's the main dish of El Salvador is called pupusas. So they recommend me to go down the street to a restaurant. And then the noise it was pretty loud. The walls are thin and you hear everyone dragging their luggages down the hallways as they come from the airport, so yeah. The price was fair for what you get. Every guest that I saw interacting with employee seemed very nice, very cordial. But the employees seem real, serious and upset. I can guarantee if they would change their attitude towards guest this hotel will thrive.
