Great location with nice views from the balcony, the apartment is spacious and the secure parking very useful as can be tight on local streets. Be aware when you arrive that the enteance is at the rear of the building not the beach side. Overal would highly recommended this spacious apartment.

Was a bit disappointed as I’ve stayed in this block twice before, once from a private individual and another time from a different company. The apartment was very basic and quite bare with budget furnishings. Although everything met the requirements it was only just. The location is of the apartment block is great I would not stay in one around the road side again due to it not getting any sun in and was quite cold.

We have had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment. It’s well located, the balcony and the view are amazing. The apartment is spacious, for our family of four it was very comfortable. The kitchen has few amenities but it’s enough for a short stay, juice squeezer was a nice touch and we enjoyed making our own orange juice. The apartment was clean, fresh towels and linens were provided. We’re very happy with out stay and plan on getting back next year.

Modern spacious apartment. Secure and quiet in a convenient location directly on the seafront. Secure car park. Bus station within two minute walk. Spanish only TV is only a minor drawback.

It was the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Very handy for Arrecife town and all roads to other places on the island. WE are planning to go back next year. Hopefully same apartment

We loved this apartment suite, it was absolutely spotless and just right for the 2 of us. It was well situated just a short distance from all the shops. restaurants and bus terminus. The beach was just across the road and easy access from the apartment. I would point out there is a TV but if you are travelling from the UK there are no English channels. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of hanging space and draws for your clothes. Also book yourself a sea view apartment as we overlooked the city so it a was bit boring. I would recommend these apartments.

I booked this apartment when I took my mum and dad last week for a weeks break. We normally stay at a different hotel and was quite nervous as my dad has mild Parkinson. I can not recommend this place high enough. Everything was superb from start to finish. Monica in the office was amazing . We had a couple of issues on day one and they were sorted within an hour. Location was excellent and the alertement was very modern and chic.

Lovely appointment everything you could possibly need and beach just across the road fantastic and clean beach to bed was so comfortable had a great night sleap every night highly recommend

Nice and spacious apartment with all the facilities needed. Looked exactly as it did in the picture. A stone's throw from the beach and the building itself was very quiet.
