it is a cheater. we were booked to another hotel which is owned by the same company. we arrived in the midnight and were told they do not have space despite the fact that we paid for it. then, we are asked to stay in this hotel. it was one of the worse hotel. we had to stay on night and check out the next day. we paid for three nights and asked for the refund of two nights we did not use due to their fault. they never refund. they are real cheater. I blame both the hotel and Travelocity. I called Travelocity to get my money back. their argument was that since I accepted to stay one night there, I had to stay two more. that was nonsense. I had no place to go at 1 am. therefore, I had to stay. Travelocity agents could not get this point even when I attempted several time to do so.
