The hotel was nicely situated by two trains. It was not in a neighborhood and there was no concierge to help with restuarant and travel arrangements. Many of the front desk people did not speak English and were not very helpful. That was its only big drawback.

Great location just at Bentencho station for JR line and MRT. Comfort is great. Really nice. But let me speak on behalf of the group inwas travelling with: the breakfast buffet was a joke. Osaka supposed to be food town but the selection (not the quality) was the worst of our trip.

Second time in Japan and Osaka. I stayed here last time and was very happy and therefore chose this location again due to the hotel, the service and location. Close to every major activity we wanted to visit. The hotel is just outside the Osaka Loop Line so it’s easy to get around the town. Amazing view from the 49th floor.

Good hotel to sleep but with a weak breakfast

Hotel was well located for our visit to Expo 2025, and it provided us with good quality of sleep. However, everytime a hotel says they have a regular breakfast and a "premium" one, I always end up realizing both are awful, and in this case, I wasn't wrong. Breakfast on the top floor was incredibly expensive and extremely weak.

The staff were very helpful, the buffet at the top of the hotel amazing with a view of the city, conveniently located between JR line and Chuo line going to Osaka Expo 2025
