Really great stay! We were on the 38th floor with a perfect view of the ferris wheel lighting up every night! It's also super close to both the Osaka Loop Line, which gets you nearly everywhere, and the C line! We also went to the nearby onsen which was lovely. The hotel is also surrounded by shops such as a 24 hr convenience store, a pharmacy, a daiso, and several places to eat! Mostly for breakfast.

This was a beautiful hotel with amazing views especially from the higher floors. Definitely make sure to check out the onsen .....even if you have tattoos, they offer private rooms! Great location, view and service - thank you!

We were delighted to see the hotel, location and our room (with a wonderful view) when we checked in at 11pm. Loved it right from the start - connection to train stations was an added bonus. A nightcap in the 20th floor bar was lovely. Easy connection by train to Nara and Universal Studios. My husband experienced a medical emergency during our 2nd night and the reception staff were excellent arranging an ambulance and helping with translation. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave.

Not only the toilets but the hallway of the hotel stinks. The towels and beddings are ok but maybe its the structure of the toilets that make this pungent odors. There’s no escaping this odor and the buffet is not refilled, so better be there early or the foods will have been thrown all over the place.

Great friendly staff and clean housekeeping. I thought the onsen bath was on the facility. It's why I booked this hotel. I didn't know I had to prebook the private onsen bath room that doesn't belong to this hotel, thus I could not use it. I had to travel far out to enjoy a hot springs bath. There was a noisy thumping group above my room on my last night there past midnight. I told the staff and the noise stopped eventually.

The high floor room views were the only good thing about this hotel but the space was utilized poorly, with the coffee making furniture in front of half of the window. Furniture was dirty, room was dusty, and the shower curtain had something that appeared to have been coughed up in multiple areas. Overall, underwelming.

The hotel itself was fantastic and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The room was a great size, the whole hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I even appreciated the Express Checkout since I was running to catch an early flight. The only thing that was not ideal is the location of the hotel. Coming from the train, you can only cross the road at a few places. It was difficult getting there with large suitcases.

客室内、配管に水が流れるような音がずっとしていました。他の部屋はしなかったそうなので、部屋によって当たり外れがあると思います。夜中も聞こえており、かなり不快でした。 清掃が行き届いていない箇所がありました。ベッドのヘッドボードの部分に、前の宿泊者がつけたと思われる汚れがついていました。埃もかぶっており、その部分をずっとそうじしていないのではないでしょうか。 用事があったのでこちらのホテルを選びましたが、駅からも遠く、今後は泊まらないと思います。
