Very nice hotel. Good location next to the BTS. very nice rooms. great staff. Also nice upgrade for VIP Hotels.com members. I will stay again next trip.

Excellent service however needs a bit more effort put in on maintenance. Room has musty damp smell

Great service, friendly staff. Had fun taking photos with traditional clothes. Room doesn’t have good sound proof.

The hotel is pretty and located near to a station. The room is spacious, comfortable and includes unexpected extras like a full fridge/freezer and microwave. Saying that, more basic stuff was missing like a 'do not disturb' or 'please clean my room' sign for the door. I had trouble with the hotel wifi my entire stay. The breakfast is ok. The front desk/door staff are really friendly and helpful. There's a bit of noise from the building site next door (and accross the road). The housekeeping schedule was quite inconvenient initially as they came around 6:30pm and during the evening on the following day. The 1st time I thought it might be an exception but the 2nd time I was pretty annoyed. There's a reason why other hotels do not schedule housekeeping visits just when most people are coming in to rest or getting dressed for dinner.

Walking distance to Thong lo BTS station, many restaurants & cafes around. Plenty of Japanese restaurants. Breakfast was full of choices
