This is a modernized older motel, very clean, nicely decorated, and very quiet. Two issues: no facial tissues were provided; also, the air conditioning, while powerful, was located on the wall at the back of the room where the sink is. It was plenty powerful but aimed directly at a room divider wall which substantially blocked its ability to cool the main part of the room (beds and seating). I suspect that a properly placed regular fan would solve the problem.

The location was convenient and decent area and the place was in fair condition. The check in was fast. The unit was clean. The staff was friendly. However when i got back to the motel to go to sleep after the game, the air conditioner was non functional. I couldn't open a window as that was locked too. The office was closed, so I had to sleep with no AC. The shower had 2 minutes of hot water, so I had a refreshing cold shower. The bed was hard as a rock. I was on backpacking trips that the ground was better, and the pillow was stiff. Next time, I'll just pitch a tent as I would be cooler, and my sleeping pad and bag would be more comfortable. I couldn't even tell staff in morning because the office was still closed. I've stayed here twice before, but this was the worst. Not going back.

The place is very convenient but the motel could use some remodeling needs a lot of update , it was clean but outdated. But for one night is ok.

I was really disappointed about the check in experience. First off, when I got to the property there was no one there to check me in. Then, I had to stand outside as there is no lobby area. Hello if I’m paying so much for a room, I’m not expecting the “hot sheets motel” experience. This was very surprising.

The property was very clean. The check in was a breeze we had a reservation and it went smoothly. The whole Inn was decorated with butterflies, turtles and it was quite cute. Also very quiet. For the money you can’t beat it. Overall I felt like it was a good value.

This place is older as can be seen fron the photos but it is extremely clean and a great place to stay on a budget if you are visiting Immokalee. The service was excellent. Highly recommend.
