It was safe. The room said non smoking which we asked for but when we were in there it was balcony’s it was a smoking room. We’re not complainers so we went ahead and stayed. But the smell was bad. Other wise it was nice. We have stayed there many times.

The old school style hotel was beautiful. It has multiple businesses attached to it - John 3:16 Caffe offered delicious choices….had it everyday! Staff very nice.

This hotel in St Cloud is a gem! is so cute and looks just like the pictures. It's an older hotel but well maintained. Tons of littler stores close by for you to enjoy brunch or coffee.

Really cool and historic hotel in downtown St Cloud. Happen to be there during the weekly Farmers Market night and all vendors were amazing!

We loved the location. Our room was not clean. There were crumbs in our refrigerator and dust on the tables. We actually had to go buy our own cleaning supplies. Again, the hotel was cute and location was key for us.

The hotel was so cute and the staff were so nice especially when my husband I checked in super late at night. When we got to our room it seemed clean and well taken care of, even checked for bed bugs but nothing. I set my purse on a table in the middle of the room and see a cockroach run away, we trapped it in a cup and decided not to worry too much since it was already late. I got plug in my phone behind the night stand and find 2 more, we slept with all the lights on to keep them in the corners and told the staff as soon as possible the next day. They seemed really disappointed and wanted to help but they said they couldn’t do much unless their owner knew and asked me to email the picture I took to them. I email them minutes later and got no reply, I honestly wasn’t looking for a refund I just really hope they can get it figured out because other than the pests it was a great place that I would love to go back to. Also the cafe next door is so cute!!

If you understand you’re staying in a 100-year-old hotel that could use a little updating here and there you won’t be disappointed. It has charm and character and I stay there every time. I’m in the area for business. There’s a great little cigar shop a block away and really Good eating options or walking distance

We’ve made it a point to stop here on our way down since we discovered it 2 trips ago. Always a pleasure. Staff is phenomenal! Rooms are great. Just what you need. Clean, cold & comfortable. Great places walking distance. Caffe next door & great restaurant on other side. Love it!

The photo is the lobby. The rooms however are hostel level quality- safe, clean, basic. Located downtown with old single pane windows, I was there on a Friday night and the crowd voices and noise outside my window ( all rooms are second floor) went on until 2 AM. Then at 3 AM, the very basic and very noisy refrigerator in my room kicked on (I had to unplug it). Very noisy. Little opportunity for sleep.

Hunter Arms Hotel

I loved the quaintness of this hotel. But the customer service was terrible. My TV never worked. After they "fixed" it I couldnt change channels. I couldnt even turn it off. I finally unplugged it. The pop machine was empty and nevered filled even though I told them I lost my money. It was a couple of days before I got my money even though i asked for it several times. The college kids at the front desk said they didnt have access to it. I was there 3 nights. The night before I left, I told them to call someone and get access to whatever they needed to get access to.
