山形駅からレンタカーを借りて来ました。到着時の出迎えから気持ちの良い接客で最後の見送りまで気持ちよく送ってくださり本当に心地良く過ごせました。硫黄の匂いのする温泉は熱めですが本当に体に沁み渡り最高に心身解れました。ウェルカムスイーツやドリンクも充実しているのは楽しみのひとつで滞在中何回も利用させていただきました。早朝の大浴場からは見事な雲海が望め感動的です。標高の高い場所なので涼しくてそれだけで肩の力が抜け夏の疲れが癒やされました。冬の樹氷を見に是非また訪れたいホテルです。

温泉の泉質は最高です。個性豊かで魅力たっぷり。源泉かけ流し、硫黄分、高温度、phは、もはや最高レベル。特にph1.6は、他で味わうことはできない領域。施設の綺麗さ、食事のおいしさ、スタッフの丁寧さ、どれも素晴らしいものでした。お見事のひと言につきます。

酒店有免費穿梭巴士到山形站，步行幾分鐘可去藏王登出纜車站，非常方便，酒店餐廳職員友善，有禮，酒店整体感覺很好，非常推薦。

舒適、性價比高的溫泉酒店

酒店服務好，有免費車由山形站接我們到酒店，第二天早上又有車送到山形站，酒店大堂有免費咖啡、茶。温泉池算大，有露天及室內溫泉，水溫夠熱，很舒服。晚餐是會席料理，美味豐富，早餐是自助餐，有很多選擇。酒店距離藏王山麓纜車站很近，在酒店門口查詢要到纜車站後，司機二話不說就叫我們上車，把我們送到纜車站，很感謝那位司機的幫忙，這間酒店的服務真好。
