Novapark

Nothing unique, but very pleasant. Staff is good. Helpful. They dont have a city map

A very pleasant stay in a quiet clean unit. Hotel is safe and close to a number of attractions. Helpful friendly staff. Great breakfast. Only suggestion is a clear street map of immediate area for overseas visitors as the area around hotel is a bit confusing to get around. Also an English TV channel for news would be helpful.

They never had a good disposition. Of the three reservations, a passenger could not travel or stay. The hotel was kindly asked not to charge that third room. We know it was out of time, but we kindly ask for compression. They told us that he was going to check it and they were going to get in touch. In the end they never responded and I charge the third room the same. The center of Santiago is a chaos in recent months, being very bad for hotels. I expected a little compression from Novapark and thus be able to establish a relationship with them, but I see that they preferred to charge the third room and not mind building a long-term relationship. A pity, nobody today wants to stay in the center of Santiago, so, it attracts attention as they with little demand give themselves the luxury of treating a customer this way badly.

Clean Central hotel.

The hotel was clean. The beds and room were comfortable. We felt safe.

It was not a very good experience, move out from there 4 days early

The property was nice and centrally located. Very small rooms but I went alone so it worked for me. No American style out let to charge your phone so be prepared. Staff was ok, normal. Room was a bit noisey but again, it was ok. Overall was a good price for the stay.

Clean, secure building. Seemed like a nice area, although we didn’t explore much due to rain. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
