The stay was great. Friendly people everywhere. Parking on site, safe area. Comfortable rooms, priced right!! Coffee and breakfast were available each morning (for a bit extra $$) if you wanted.

Very, very safe and quiet. Property is clean, and nicely landscaped. Owner is on site, and very welcoming. He helped us to navigate the area, and make recommendations for eating, beaches, etc. Cleaning staff were very courteous. Only down sides for us were: 1.The galley kitchen, since we do all of our own meal preparation. Stove with two burners, microwave, no oven. 2. Huge problems daily with ant invasions.

The best kept secret in the Caribbean! Incredibility friendly and hospitable staff, like new accommodations and a priceless view. 10 out of 10!

Property located near main road. No breakfast on premise and nearby. Located on the west end of the island about 35 mins travel time from downtown.

I've vacationed all over the world, and these Villas are the best place I've ever stayed. Charles and Javon are incredibly welcoming hosts, gracious, friendly and efficient. The rooms are large, immaculate, and very well-designed. Each room has not only a view of the ocean, but the sound of the ocean. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee, sun and the sound of surf. Since there are only 12 rooms, service is tremendous, personal and personable. Got into a jam of my own making when I forgot the 12V connection for my CPAP. Javon immediately came up with three connectors, and one of them fit. Had a British plug, though. He then came up with the perfect adapter, and now the CPAP worked.He saved my vacation. My best advice to those in search: stop now and book here. After ten minutes there I decided to come back every year. There are also five reasonably-priced gourmet restaurants within a mile, four open air, on the water, most with beaches, and one 400 ft up the mountain, perfect for sunsets. I hated to leave after 12 days, and wish I was there now. The overall experience was fabulous. Charles and Javon and their Villas will indelibly enrich your lives, as they have mine. Joseph R Szwarc

Super clean! Super nice staff! Excellent location!

It was the host, Jevan, who made our stay truly special. From the moment we booked the trip to the last morning and one more glass of fresh squeezed passion fruit juice, he was attentive and responsive to every request and need. If you want luxury and high end amenities, this is not the spot for you. But if you want genuine hospitality, a clean, attractive room and grounds, an excellent location right on the ocean and the peaceful sound of the waves at night, this is definitely your best choice. We will happily book there again if and when we return to Tortola.

Great place to stay. Room was spacious and very clean. Great view, There was just one hiccup which was the bathroom sink was a little awkward in the location. However, overall awesome place to stay.

Beautiful location, with excellent personal service. A pleasure to spend two days there, getting to know Javon and Charles. A wonderful family run facility with white glove attention.

Its located on the convenient quiet West end of the island.
