Cove Resort Palau

Very handy for Sams diving, well placed with access by boat from the sea. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Super breakfasts with great variety. Comfortable room that was well maintained. We had a great stay!

Our family of four stayed in two connecting rooms (door between rooms) at the Cove Resort on our recent trip to Palau. It was a great experience overall. The rooms were clean, big, and cozy, overlooking the pool. All staff members were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. The restaurant generally was good and pretty reasonably priced for lunch and dinner. Our kids loved the huge pool. It's located on a marina, so boat tours could easily pick us up right there. There is a convenience store a block down the road and a laundromat a block up the road (if you need either). Honestly, I have no complaints. It was a great visit and we're already planning to return.

The facility and service are very good, and we enjoyed our stay there. I'll not forgot their complete refusal to work with me when I mis-booked a trip. It was my fault, and literally within the minute of making the mistake I called them, but they wouldn't even provide me a partial credit. So they charged me the full rate for a day I wasn't going to be staying there. Then they blamed it on Expedia, which was not at all true. I will say they did check us in early at noon (rather than 4) when our dive boat arrived at 9am. So we very much appreciated that. But their facility is terrific. The rooms are clean and quiet, the pool area is fantastic.

Cove is a gorgeous resort, in a great spot, with impeccable customer service. We were in Palau for our honeymoon, and Cove was perfect. We highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

This hotel was convenient and close to the pick up points for our boat trips. Not only was the staff friendly and accommodating, the rooms were large and updated. We were also lucky to have our rooms close to our friends traveling with us. The added bonus was having the rooms right by the pool that allowed the kids to swim and have our room right there.

Excellent hotel. We’ve stayed in several hotels in Palau at it was our favorite. Great variety at breakfast with crispy bacon and omelette bar. All staff is very friendly and willing to help. Rooms were very comfortable.
