In general, this is really a great hotel. The room is AMAZING, and the location is great as well. The lady at the reception was very nice and kind too. The only negative thing was, I saw a huge cockroach on the lobby when I was checking out. (good that it was not in my room when I was staying in there) If they can work out on the issues with roaches on the lobby, this would be really a perfect hotel.

Need further improvement
Overall for this hotel is ok, but just only some arrangement that hotel need to improve. Some item should have two pair (ie : hotel shoe, teeth brush) inside the two people room instead just prepare for one only.Furthermore, some equipment need to provide as well (ie; hair dryer, mineral water)

房間很大，是ㄧ房ㄧ廳，地點很方便，可惜是小飯店，無早餐無停車場。

Good Value
Nice new hotel that is good value for money. The room was very spacious and well appointed, only negative was noise with traffic at all hours, as I had a road front room.

Mycket prisvärt!
Ägaren var riktigt trevlig. Rummen var över förväntan. Bokade ett VIP rum, men det var tyvärr överbokade vid incheckning. För övrigt kan jag absolut tänka mig att bo här igen.

Great room with jacuzzi
I spent 3 nights and everything was good overall. The room was clean and everything was new with big flat TVs and jacuzzis. The staff is great and helpful. Only minus is that water doesn't come out from the tap very much. Shower and jacuzzi are just great. I will recommend this hotel for party people and couples because it's near Walking Street and has a nightclub backyard so sometimes can be noisy. The hotel address is right but the map is wrong. It looks that it's near Soi Buakhaow but it's more near Walking Street. The real location is on soi VC = Pattaya Saisong 17.
