The check in process could definitely be better streamlined. We had to pick up our keys from a lockbox a quarter mile from the apartment we were staying in. The bathroom was not cleaned well before we arrived. However, we did get a quick response from guest services and someone cleaned the bathroom the next morning. Also there was an electrical issue when the electric kettle shorted or something. Maintenance cane and fixed the electricity and replaced the kettle. Not the best stay but they were at least willing to fix the problems.

Very comfortable and clean - had everything we needed.
Management was accessible once we got there.
Should provide service for luggage saving on early arrival or after check out.
Location - good - about 20 minute walk from the heart of Dublin.

Dont recommend...
Poor instruction on how to get the key from key box, hot water wasn’t working when we arrived, WiFi password wasn’t correct that they gave me by email and had to call to get this and all the other things fixed. Then WiFi box went out next day, bath mat had mold. Stove didn’t work. This could have been much better experience with proper written instructions and if things were working.

Avoid this place
The public areas were not clean. There were no amenities in the bathroom. Very noisy street.

Was in an old run down and musty building around the corner from the key pickup-it looked nothing like the photos. The shower was either scorching hot or cold. There were very basic kitchen amenities . I would definitely not stay there again.
