Living in filth !!
It was disgusting to be frank every time we opened the tap disgusting dirt water came out. The whole bathroom was filthy from the shower to the toilet to the sink! The shower wouldn’t even give out hot water properly and would stop running half way! After a long day I wanted a hot shower and couldn’t even do that!! Even though we asked to move rooms they wouldn’t let us. House keeping would rush us out in the morning to clean rather than just waiting till we left! It was uncomfortable I’d say the only good thing was the location of how close it was to the night market!

My stay overall was pleasant - however I did find the absence of a full length mirror annoying as a female !when I mentioned there was no mirror they responded by saying I must have missed it above the sink in the bathroom hmmmm could do with a woman’s touch

L’hotel non è semplice da trovare.. dista poco dalla prima spiaggia di Kata che è super affollata, per cui per poter stare tranquilli con ombrellone e lettini facevamo un km a piedi.. l’hotel sarebbe da migliorare soprattutto il bagno in camera.. la doccia è composta da una tenda che non arriva a pavimento per cui quando ci si lavava si allagava tutto l’acqua ha poca pressione e scende lievemente ed il doccione completamente arrugginito.. abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la prima camera assegnata in quanto da subito abbiamo detto che la doccia non funzionava ed il lavandino non andava giù l’acqua.. diverse volte è venuto il loro manutentore ed una sera rientrando abbiamo trovato tutto il bagno allagato è completamente sporco (ho fatto video e foto) il giorno dopo la signora (credo la proprietaria) ci ha cambiato di stanza.. più piccola di quella precedente ma almeno la doccia un po’ più funzionante.. le pulizie andavano bene e la ragazza era gentile.. per la colazione molto scarsa.. vi era a buffet acqua calda per farti il the oppure caffè americano.. i piatti venivano preparati al momento ma erano uova con bacon e altre cose che noi italiani non siamo abituati a mangiare a colazione.. abbiamo chiesto se era possibile avere solo del pane con marmellata oppure croissant o biscotti ma ci hanno risposto di no.. insistendo un po’ ma solo a richiesta abbiamo ottenuto due fette di pane con marmellata poi i giorni a seguire non ci hanno più considerati e così ci siamo comprati dei bis
