Hotel building itself is well maintained. Major construction going on the property. The newer pool is nicer than the one by the beach. Beach area is not a very nice beach area. There are also a lot of sand fleas so watch out. WiFi connection was terrible even on the balcony. Breakfast buffet was also just okay. At some point food gets cold especially if you’re gonna eat later in the morning. I stayed for 7 days and on my last breakfast I was asked the night prior what I would like to eat for breakfast even though it’s a buffet option. The hotel itself is about 45 minutes to one hour walking distance to town so public transportation is always needed to go outside of the hotel. Overall the hotel is easy to find. Roads there are maintained.

Hotel was fine, we were just not that impressed with Puerto Princesa to stay in!

The free young coconuts around the area which the staff offered us and the food, the swimming pool and the whole area was all clean and got friendly and very respectful staff

Returning client notice major change with new main building and pool area. Dinning area very nice. Over all properties a thumbs up.

We stayed at the property for 4 days. The place looks new and very clean. The staffs especially Jhovz and Armelyn were very helpful.

Good location, close to shopping and dining. Rooms can use a dresser.

Nice clean hotel. Great breakfast buffet with eggs made to order. Ate at restaurant for dinner and enjoyed that as well. Staff assisted with confirming tours and arrangements. Free shuttle from airport was nice touch but delayed picking us up. Spa was wonderful. Also enjoyed the two great pools that made up for the beach which was not for swimming.

The property is clean except in few areas that are undergoing construction. Relaxing and peaceful away from the main road. Lounging chairs near the beach are dirty and no towel available on one of the pool.
