24-hour security is great. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They don't speak English so be download a handy translator app. Don't expect much for amenities. No hair dryer available.

Very quite, breakfast is very good and fresh,some of the personal are very nice, bathroom is very clean, but they need to add a plug in the restroom, add a hair blow also a iron board

Fantastic food, service, and accommodations. Quiet, clean & modern. In a cute little part of town near the Universidad Centroamericana, meaning lots of shops, restaurants (especially pupuserías & panaderías!), and coffeeshops. Just a perfect place. Wish I had had time to try the pool!

Clean room, nice staff, alright breakfast. I did not like that you can totally hear what the other room people is doing....

Staff was the best! Food excellent! Too bad we were there only for one night, next time we'll stay longer.

Everything was GREAT! really delicious-complete breakfast! Awesome breakfast buffet on Sat and Sun! All the employees treat you like your are the only one!
