I particularly appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who assisted me in every way and were so helpful and friendly: particular congrats and kudos go to Maruam and Ahsan from Pakistan at the reception, and to the wonderful staff in the breakfast room. Breakfast is by the way impeccable and really good value.

my overall stay was good...except for two things that i will explain 1- they should change the carpeting in the lobby ..its ugly. 2-I wanted to stay one night longer, but the refuse to give me the same price as i had booked through Hotel.com!! so i checked out and checked into another hotel walking distance and as good as Mena even cheaper than my original rate. anyway, its a good hotel with freindly staff and good gym and sauna

Our room had a cigarette smell for the first 48 hours. The sheet also smelled like cigarette. I contacted the front desk to change room but they wouldn’t help us. Also the coffee cups were not all cleaned and had coffee stains at the bottom.

Booked the place for 7 nights. Just when I thought everything was going good , I called the front desk so they can please heat up my food and they said no. 😢😪 I was going to extend my stay there but I did not I found a different hotel who had a kitchen in the room instead so I don’t have to ask for any favors.

Шумно - климатические установки соседних зданий гудят всю ночь, стройки вокруг практически круглосуточно,. Если бы на шумоизоляции номеров не сэкономили , было бы намного ближе проживание к идеалу

àirco in de kamer staat veel te hoog. Inchecken duurt veel te lang en bij het uit checken wordt er eerst contact opgenomen met housekeeping en die moet vervolgens gauw naar de kamer om te checken of er niets is kapot gemaakt en dan pas mag je uitchecken. Heel amateuristisch en dat gebeurt gewoon voor de ogen van de klant. Receptie medewerker was ook totaal onvriendelijk. (Pakistaanse man dacht ik).
