Excellent property for its location. Central to all the sights. Very clean. However, note that there are mo elevators and it has many stairs which are very steep. There is also no help wifh luggage. This was quiet difficult, especially since we were on the 4th floor.

The room was very clean with perfect location to the piazza di spagna and the piazza di popolo. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. As a negative I would consider that the room did not have a balcony and the only available terrace was on the 5 th floor.

He gave us tips about the local area in Rome and the surrounding area is fantastic! A+ stay and hotel experience! There were cafes at the plaza which was within walking distance. Loved the tram service, it was easy and convenient to go to the main train station. The historic center was a longer walk, but I enjoyed the walk and the fact that it was quiet.

The air conditioning didn’t work. The room was over 80 degrees. I was not provided a solution. I had to leave and find another hotel to stay at during an international stay. I was denied a refund. This place is awful stay far away. There are plenty of better options
