we reserved a king deluxe room but was downgraded to a very disappointing room. Nothing worked in the room. Not the remote, shower etc. we were told all the king deluxe rooms were taken. That was a lie of course. We couldn’t even sleep because there was a bright light shining into the room even with the shades down. We tried calling the front desk but no one would pick up. So disappointed!

Checked in while work being done at home. The staff was friendly, helpful and always present! Clean and updated rooms.

Nice room and hotel, the shower had very little warm water and the shower has bottles of conditioner and shampoo that appear to be shared between clients. Not individual bottles just large bottles - didn’t use seems strange

Some white stain on box spring side. Toilet had slow leak, so it would run every few minutes. Maintenance man not around for Thanksgiving wknd, would relocate us if we “really wanted.” Only warm water entire stay, day or night. Told one of hot water heaters was down. Never had nice hot shower.

Doesn't seem like a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 or 3.5 at best. That's not my biggest complaint. My biggest complaint was the individuals responsible for addressing the issue was had with a clogged bathroom vanity wash basin. Although the front desk notified engineering, maintenance, or whomever was responsible, they didn't address it until the 3rd day into my stay. At that point they didn't even inspect. The drain was a pop up drain and they ASSUMED our adjusting it wasn't done and refused to come and inspect it after we made arrangements to not be in room for them to inspect and fix it. We ended up brushing our teeth and washing our faces in the tub. This hotel has, by far, the most irresponsible and lazy hotel maintenance I have ever encountered. Will most likely never return.

The team are just amazing.. From Yodit to Scott and Tsimon. I have to say their service and amiability is out of this world. And I see them as friends.. They are Awesome..

Got charged $16 for no determined reason. Disputed and was to expect a credit. Never got it. There were no incidentals.
