Well the front desk gentleman when who checked us in was AWESOME. He was full cheerful, and funny. LOVED him. As far as the room. There was a big black stain on the sheet. The chair was a jumbled mess, and the blankets were paper thin. Like a blanket you'd find at a hospital. The food at breakfast was also far from delicious. The oatmeal tasted like slop and the omelet had zero flavor.

It was amazing just had a little trouble with the room not being ready when i showed up and it wad around 6-7pm already

Bath towels too small, no microwave, very good security, comfortable room, Parking Costs, Good breakfast, but was not replenished toward the end of the breakfast period. Not recommended for anybody who has a service dog (no green space on property). Location very good. Accommodating staff.

Had a wonderful time. Pool room was very stuffy and chlorine may have been a bit high as my eyes were burning and I wasn’t not even in the water. Otherwise loved it!

I expected this room to be bigger an it was smaller then expected to be a suite

I'm very very disappointed about the service. Very poor professionalism. Front desk people have been not educated and very arrogant. When we arrived (Friday at noon) it was a lot sooner that our check-in time (3pm) so we kindly asked if we could have a room sooner. The lady at the front desk was very rude and said there were no room, they were all still occupied. Which of course being noon was not true, and our friends that were already at the hotel said that many people left since the early morning. For sure one room to clean a bit sooner would have been available, but they didn't even care to explore. On Friday evening we made sure to tell them we wanted the room cleaned for the 2 days of stay. On Saturday we left the hotel at 9am and came back at 5:30pm very tired after a log day at museums. The room was not done. I had to discuss with the very rude manager, as he told me that the room was not done because lot of people were check-in in, and they had to get room ready for them. Which of course was not acceptable, because existing clients cannot have lower priorities than ones checking-in !!! I had to fight with the manager to expect the room done right away. We has to wait almost 1 hour downstair for our room to be done. To summarize, hotel is nice and new, the cleaning lady did a good job, and no problems with cleanliness. But I give ZERO to the staff there, people with very poor professionalism, arrogant and unable to communicate in a decent way. I will never go back.

The pool and amazing breakfast made our stay that much better! Thank you!

Breakfast was fantastic, stay was great, clean, modern, pool was a plus for children. For the price of parking it should’ve been valet though. And the beds were good, not great . . But overall I’d definitely stay again

I liked how everything was close together and the staff was very polite

Desk clerk was awesome the only issue was wish there would have been food to order for dinner
