A fantastic find.

This is a fabulous renovated Lodge with spectacular scenery, excellent service, beautifully renovated rooms with gorgeous views.
Linda, 1-night trip

Great location and rooms

The only unpleasant part was checking in at the temporary location, during renovations of the main lodge. We feel like we missed a good portion of the appeal without the lodge and history museum. Otherwise, the accommodations and room was fantastic. We loved having aprivate patio right along the grass for our dog, and quick access to outside for a dog's needs.

Peaceful Place along the Colorado River

Beautiful area along the Colorado River outside of Moab. About a 20-30 min drive into town. Stayed here about halfway through our vacation and used the laundry facilities (takes quarters and credit cards). Peaceful place! Would definitely stay here again.

Rustic elegance under red rocks

Exceptional location, exceptional design with one serious technical but - soundproofing between units. Main restaurant in renovation (this was noted in asvance, but the temporary arrangement is a serback). The charm of the place beats all the cons, almost.
Jan, 5-night trip

Hotels.com Incorrect photos and description

Hotels.com has incorrect description and photos. This room did not have a hot tub as was stated and shown in photos. The restaurant and museum are closed and being renovated and no mention of this at booking time. Room was renovated and clean in spite of the other disappointments.

It is the off season for them and yet they had dinning options and just what we were looking for. A quiet stay and great facilities.

Diana

Even though though the lodge was under renovation, this was a very beautiful facility and I will definitely return and highly recommend!
Diana, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

First off, the staff, location and room were great! There was just a couple of things during our stay that wasn’t and I’m sure they were the exception rather than the rule: the main lodge is undergoing a renovation and when it’s done I’m sure it’ll have the best view for meals or events. The only other thing was that there was a technical issue that evening and the only available food was hamburgers and hotdogs. Not a huge deal but not something either of us sould have chosen.

We loved it! Great cabin! Nice dinner! Amazing to have a cabin right on the Colorado River! And those beautiful red cliffs! Great place to stay right close to Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park and also Moab for dining and shopping!
Edmund, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Maybe better when reno is done

They are renovating, the backup location for the restaurant has little to no air conditioning and a lot of flies. The cabins were expensive but nice. Low eco score because they had no car chargers or recycling that we could see, just trash cans in the rooms (which seems to be a common theme in Utah).
Stephen, 1-night trip

Beautiful Location!
Nikki, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We absolutely loved this property and its location. It was very authentic looking and the road leading up to the lodge was gorgeous. The only negative was they never told us that the restaurant, that we had a reservation at, was closed. The space that they put the makeshift restaurant was no frills, had an incredibly limited menu. They should have called and asked if we would still want the reservation under those conditions and we would have declined.
