仕事での滞在でした。 とくに気になったことはなかったです。 宿泊者へ地下にある焼き鳥屋さんのサービスがありました。 ①日目はそちらへ 2日目は 近くにある居酒屋ダイニングさんへお邪魔しました。 こちら、とてもおすすめです。 女性1人でも気兼ねなく入れ、お食事は、お手頃ですがとても美味しかったです。

従業員の杜撰な対応

夜に室内の暖房がほとんど効かず寒かったためフロントに連絡したところ簡易の電気ヒーター？を持ってきてくれたがブレーカーがあがるため弱で利用して様子をみてくれとのこと。 暖房も強くするから待ってくれと言われたが一向に温かくならないため再度フロントに連絡したらようやく毛布を持ってきてくれた。 従業員は自分のせいでないというような事務的な対応とともに寒い思いをしてとても不快であった。 2泊する予定だったがキャンセルし近くの別のホテルに泊まり清潔で快適だった。 朝食のサラダ？がキャベツだけでとても金を取って出すレベルではなく驚いた。 駅西口で飲食店もほとんどないので東口のホテルのほうが便利でしょうね。
