They do not receive the online bookings. I had to pay for a new reservation when arrived, and request a refund from Hotels.com.
Staff are very nice! Best part of the stay. But the place doesn't work very well. Reception is slow. Rooms are run down. My shower was cold and the shower head broken. Wifi keeps disconnecting. But it's low price so I guess this is what you pay.

BAD SERVICE
I made my reservation for this hotel more than a week before my arrival date, I flew from Washington to Abuja and arrived by midnight, got to the hotel with my reservation paper showing that i have PAID for 4 days. I was denied and i have to hang arround till the morning to find another hotel.
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I made full payment through Expedia.com.
