Check in was absolutely terrible, I went in at about 330 to check in and was told that my room was told my room wasn’t ready and to come back in 30-45 minutes. I came back about an hour later thinking that that would have been sorted, but I was wrong. I waited another 20 minutes while they worked it out either systematically or whatever it was. They were going to put me in a different room (from the king to two queens), which at that point to just be able to drop my things in a room and know I wouldn’t have to deal with it all after a day full of events, I okayed - and just as they were about to just go through it to that, my room became available. Thankfully I was finally able to get in by 5, as I was pressed between events for a wedding that day and figured it wouldn’t take much time to check in and get back to everything else. To add, I was also not given the room that I booked, which was also to have a bathtub. I’m not sure how this would have worked out had I done the contactless check in that I got an email offering to try. Future reference definitely says stay somewhere else.

Perfect except for…

Great hotel but right next to a bar with loud live music till at least 12 (Fri). If you’re out partying it’s not a problem. If you’re early to bed, ask to stay on the Rt 1 side, away from the stadium.

Nice Stay for a Quick Trip

My friend & I stayed one night for a girl's night and the hotel was great. The room was clean and spacious, and close to great restaurants. The pool was small, would be crowded with more than 3 people, but at least there WAS a pool...we waited until 9pm to use it so it would be empty. Breakfast the next morning was quick, and the buffet included cooked to order eggs & pancakes. Would stay here again!

Miserable stay

Check in took 1 hour despite me being the only person checking in because they couldn’t figure out the computer system. Surrounding rooms very noisy. Didn’t sleep at all . Sounded like someone was bowling 🎳 in the hallway all night. People laughing, yelling, playing music at 3:30am. Miserable stay.

Loved the hotel - so much to do around the property. Staff was amazing. Jan at the breakfast buffet was amazing.

Our stay was good, we were a little disappointed that we could not get an alcohol beverage at the hotel because the bar was not available.
