Great for privacy, but no atmosphere

This hotel is actually a collection of walled villas, several having their private pool. Most visitors during our stay remained inside those villas, barely coming out. It's great if you look for private time with your loved ones. The villas are great, the private pool is big enough to swim and the food is vary tasty (bring your drinks to save money, villas have a fridge). The compound is clean with nice gardening. The downside is that the whole place feels like a clinic, with barely anyone in sight - for instance, the beach was empty, as was the restaurant (most residents have their meal delivered to their villa). So if you look for a fun place, that's not where to go. Same for the nearby village that felt like a ghost town. I strongly recommend a day trip to the south of Bintan, outside of the secluded resort zone. It will give you a feel for the real Indonesian

Terrible stay

The hotel is very intrusive, calling us multiple times late at night at 11+pm to check on the guest. When questioned, we were told that visitors ought to exit the villa by 6pm. Is this an hotel or hospital?! Even hospital have visiting to 8pm! And this visiting hours wasn’t even made known to us. The villa is filled with Ironman athletes, calling at 11+ disrupted their rest greatly! The hotel wasn’t clean up at all in the 4 days I stayed. There were many mosquitos, amongst many ants and other insects and bitten us badly. Deposit is held for 2-3mths without notifying us. When ask, they said it’s the policy but wasn’t written anywhere! I m terribly upset and disappointed given the price tag of the stay. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! All ferries to the nearest terminal were fully booked but staff helped us book our transport to and from an alternative terminal. They also helped book transport to the nearby mall, and seafood restaurant. We wanted to extend our stay but all villas were booked since it's a long weekend holiday.

Great service and staffs

Clean Villas with great service. All staffs were helpful and friendly. Need some upgrading works for the furnishing. Overall is great.
