First Experience in St George, Utah
My initial room was most likely overlooked by janitorial management. Mini Fridge was broken as it wouldnt get cold. The beddding was great except for the pull out bed has a a torn old frail blanket that didnt seem fresh for its new guest. the fitted sheet was fithy as it was brownish black on the sides of the sheet and on the top of the sheet.
The other bedding on the king size bed was great, Was moved the next day to a room that had 2 queens and a pullout. it was a great clean room and the fridge was real cold and was a great completion to my stay.
The customer service was beyond great, The parking is kind of packed as there is another hotel next door so the area gets packed because of its great location to Dixie Convention Center which is literally across the street. It only takes about 5 minutes to walk across to the front side of the center. If you have kids or family that are visiting the center this location is on the backside of the convention center so it is a safe place for your children walk across with the assistance of an adult.
The pool and jacuzzi are a little bit small for the amount of guests trying to enjoy it in the summer time. Also I think they need someone from the hotel checking in on the pool as it seems others that arent staying in the hotel are joining from the back gates,
