The beach villa is located a few yards away from the water, so you always have an uninterrupted gorgeous seaview. The house has a private outdoor terrace with lots of seating space. The front yard is equipped with your private beach chairs and umbrellas, so that you can lounge just a few yards away from the water. The beach is quite narrow, but very quiet with few passers by. House reef (not too colorful but pleasant nonetheless) is a beautiful addition to the attraction, so bring snorkeling masks.
The house is traditional Thai - which means that it is a bit darker, bed and pillows a bit too stiff and the bathrooms are quite simple. But the view outweighs all that. Would not recommend to older travelers because the house has a few levels and often you step up into a room or step down into a bathroom and the stairs leading up are quite steep. You do have a kitchenette, which is very handy. The owners provide much appreciated fruits and a few snacks upon arrival. One thing to keep in mind - if you are looking for a secluded beach - you got it, but it comes with the price of virtually nothing around - closest convenience shop is about a 10-15 min walk away. Few restaurants around but nothing spectacular. about 30 min walk along the beach you find a fishing village with outdoor restaurants, which we enjoyed. This worked for us, because we wanted peace and quiet above all, but keep that in mind to avoid disappointment. Overall a really nice getaway from the hustle and bustle.
