The place looked just like the photos. The hotel is connected to Yongsan station but the direct link on the second floor is currently closed due to COVID-19 measures. But not so inconvenient as you can simply take the escalator or elevator down one floor to get to the main entrance. Overall very happy with the stay and service.

Really great value for a 5 star hotel in Seoul. Many stayers today but the staff processed in and out in seconds.

All staffs were extremely kind and cautious for COVID virus. Truly appreciated.

Best value for money of any 5-star hotel that I know of in Seoul. Very convenient location right behind Yongsan Station with a walkway to the station. Ordered room service menu item Chicken Cesar Salad. Most delicious that I ever had! Lots of staff waiting to serve.

Fantastic, high quality hotel. My only complaint is that we were unable to adjust the temperature and the room was quite warm all night. I suspect that the hotel hasn't activated the air conditioning yet since it is still cool outside. A minor complaint in what was otherwise a great stay.

Best value for money in all of Seoul. 24-hour Convenience Store right in the hotel. Just behind Yongsan Station with a connecting walkway. Fantastic location! Understandably, some of the facilities (restaurants) have limited service due to the Coronavirus outbreak in Korea, which, at the time of this writing, is in an improving status.

The room itself was very comfortable and nicely arranged but it was quite cumbersome trying to find the light switch. There should be some sign or indicator that the room lights can be adjusted on the room phone's touch screen.
