A lovely stay in a great hotel, which has a fab location. Two point which could be improved - firstly, the beds are very narrow, and secondly, the breakfast was very simple and could have included more choice.

The concept of the hotel is great. The rooms me the common areas are very nice. Quite close to the center in walking distance. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Great location if traveling by train or car. The rooms were very comfortable. It was very quiet. My daughter enjoyed the playground in the backyard after the complimentary breakfast. Quick drive or tram into the downtown. Of note: This is a self-service hotel -- but Expedia does not provide the instructions. To get into the hotel and your room, you will need to download a phone app. For parking, you may need to get a key from the lobby to unlock the posts that block the spots when they are empty (unless the post is already down in an empty spot). Some instructions are on the hotel's website, as well as an email address for more information. There is a phone number on the entry door if you arrive and are unable to enter. Also of note: We had two rooms: one room had a safe (where we stored our passports), the other did not. We stayed for 4 days, and there appeared to be a manager in the building every morning during breakfast. Some evenings a manager was on duty, and other evenings did not. All managers were very friendly and helpful. It was a modern, clean, safe, very comfortable, and affordable hotel with air conditioning and breakfast.

The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk (with heavy suitcase) from the main railway station in a quiet residential area. It is easy to either walk into town or use public transport. Hotel personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning was most welcome. It is very important that one contacts the hotel in advance and advises arrival time since reception is not always manned and it may be necessary to download an app onto a mobile phone to gain access.

Super modern hotel but with all your home comforts

Very modern hotel, using smart technology for door entry, (Although card entry was available if preferred) and in fact the whole place seemed brand new. Great facilities and only a 5 minute walk from bus and train station. Town centre is around a 20-25 minute walk and we also loved the town itself, the beauty of Prague but without the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend.

Good new hotel.

New hotel, still having the odd jobs being finished off. Comfortable and modern, well equipped. Very helpful reception staff. Electronic Key System. Short walk to the beautiful town centre.

A nice place in a quiet part of Olomouc

I needed a place to stay where I could have quiet to do some writing. The hotel was very quiet and accommodating. The little kitchenette in the room was well though through and the bed was comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Brand new hotel close to the train station

Hotel opened just months ago. Modern app-based system, yet entry worked also for old school travelers. Very clean. Fast and good wifi coverage. Self-serve breakfast (basic items, yet sufficient). Well equipped room. Very helpful staff, when I left my charger there, they sent it to me (without making me feel like a forgetful idiot). I am certainly coming back.
