I enjoyed staying here. The room itself with shared bathroom was on the lower level and did not have any windows it did have a fan to the outside for ventilation. With all wood paneling it reminded me of a boat cabin, to some this might not be to their taste. I was recovering from Dengue fever and the darkness and coolness of the room was quite agreeable to me. The included breakfast was really nice and had a very food selection every day. Water, coffee, and tea was always available. This is very important to me as I always try to refill my water bottle and never purchase plastic bottles. Even if you are refilling your plastic bottle it saves you from constantly having to buy water and create plastic waste. The only problem I had with the hotel was finding it. I first went to the location google maps had pinpointed and that was not it, then I went to the hotel that Hotels.com/expedia had pinpointed and that was not it either. So that guesthouse looked at the address and sent me to a different location which was also not it, but they pointed me in the right direction so I think this happens often. I was sick and super irritated after walking around for an hour trying to find the place. Of course this is not their fault but when I did stumble upon their was no signage anywhere indicating a name or that it was a hotel, it just looked like a restaurant, but I recognized the aquarium inside from the pictures on the website.
