Check in - well, I was behind another person, and it took the two at the desk to sign her in. (I was in no rush.) They called another from the back to speak English and he was great. They accommodated my request. I had a free (slight) upgrade, and was given breakfast as well (not part of my package).
VERY friendly at all times, at all levels.
The room was exactly as pictured.
Bed was comfortable, as it was not the typical floor-hard of many east Asian hotels. View, from either side, not that great, but the city is razing many old buildings to improve this part of the city.
Note: Check-in is on the 15th floor. The ground floor door to enter is marked. It's easy to see the signs pointing you to the lobby.
To get there: Take orange line, stop at Hubei, exit B. Turn right, not many steps to sidewalk, go left. Shortly before hotel take wide crosswalk 1/2 block before street. Not even a 10 minute walk.
