Room is big and comfortable. Price is reasonable when I arrive. However, it’s more ex when I return after I travel to other parts of Kyushu, so did not stay again.

Filters for crib on booking websites, does not provide cribs, but bed rails. There is a significant difference.

It would have been perfect! Sadly it was not. We reserved a room for 4 people but there were only 2 pillows. We called the front desk to ask for 2 more pillows but they said no extra pillows even when we said there are 4 pillows in the room.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The things i didn't enjoy were the small from the smoking area near the elevators and crowded lobby and the dining room. The hotel must be popular with the tour groups, which caused the heavy traffic at these areas often. The hotel staff mentioned and advised me to give extra time to go to the breakfast, but we gave up the breakfast one of the days because there was a waiting line to be seated. I wish the hotel comes up some solutions when they have a large tour groups. The last thing i would like to mention that you need a pair of very comfortable shoes. You would need a lot of walking to stations and stores.
