I like here
It’s ok for staying.
Good price.nice staff.
Near from Sao Market, to the river side also not so far.
Only 1 thing. There is no lift.
only stairs available to go up room.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Vientiane by the market. The Service was not very good for this stay. According to my booking, there would be a free shuttle to and from airport. I arranged for my shuttle to the Wattay airport a day before and was told that would be fined. When I went to the counter to confirm my ride to the airport and the staff told me that I had to pay 80,000 Kip for taxi because the hotel doesn’t provide shuttle service prior to 7:00 am. My last stay they provide shuttle to the airport before 6:30 am. Why certainly they changed their mind the last minute? I feel that the staff just want to take advantage of me for that 80,000 kip so they can split the fee. I will not stay at this property anymore in the future unless the manager provide further clarification why. I would recommend to other guest obtain written confirmation for their arrangement so they will be properly provided the service.

Safe & Clean & Convenient
This hotel is great for a couple or solo traveler. Although it isn't as cheap as a hostel, I was happy to stay here at a reasonable price. This price also included free pickup at the airport and a free shuttle back on departure which was promised and delivered. This erased the normal worry I get at the airport of a new place and country as I didn't have to think about taxis/tuk tuks and bargaining and such.
The rooms at the hotel are surprisingly large and very clean. Showers had hot water. And the staff was very friendly and helpful and were willing to take the time to show me directions to various attractions in Vientiane each day. The hotel is in a convenient location downtown and you can walk to most places in town within 5-15 minutes including a famous temple around the corner. There is a convenience store across the street so that was a big bonus also.
The free breakfast wasn't the greatest, but it was good enough to tide me over until I could get a nice lunch.
All in all, it was good value for money. I felt comfortable the entire stay. I didn't have to pay too much for an aging "resort" like hotel and I didn't have to stay in a dirty hostel and worry using the shared toilet and worry about my stuff. It is a good 'tweener' hotel and I highly recommend it.

공항에서 많이 멀지도 않고 도심 접근성도 좋았어요. 숙소는 전반적으로 깔끔한 편에 직원들도 친절했어요.

A zen place to be
AV is a zen place to be - calm, quiet, uncluttered, clean. Wi-fi is efficient so can work efficiently from room.
